Being a part of the Focused Care team means that you are held to a certain standard of care and kindness. However, a few of our teammates have gone above and beyond to make sure that our Communities are being taken care of. These are our ROCKSTARS and they are the reason we created our ROCKSTAR Program.

Through the ROCKSTAR Program we highlight team members who go above and beyond, at all levels of our organization, and we take the time to make them feel appreciated and recognized. We do this by allowing anyone to submit a “ROCKSTAR Moment” for any team member. That team member then gets recognized at our month meetings with a ROCKSTAR card and a guitar pick!
